Meet Amy Amy Siewe, The Python Huntress takes supporting wildlife into her own hands by removing invasive Burmese Pythons from the Everglades—as they are decimating native animal populations and depleting resources. They prey on native species—even some that are endangered—and reduce their populations dramatically. Eliminating 98% of native mammals in some parts of the Everglades, these pythons are considered a serious threat to the survival of the ecosystem. Her commitment to removing these pythons from the Florida ecosystem demonstrates her commitment to native wildlife.

The Python Huntress is a professional python hunter who has captured more than 600 pythons. Her largest catch to date is a 17’3” python weighing just over 110 pounds. She took a leap, left her successful real estate business in Indiana to become the Python Huntress and guide others on python hunts.
